Extra chocolate granola is something you will want to eat every morning. Small clusters of nuts coated in chocolate, with the smell of cinnamon. A good recipe for a chocolate dessert is a must with the upcoming Valentine's Day. So don't hesitate, and let's make it together.

Instructions

  1. Chop the nuts – almonds, hazelnuts, and peanuts – into smaller pieces. Add them to a bowl with the oats.

  2. Add the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and chocolate protein. It won't form clusters just yet because the typical granola clusters will be formed with the chocolate. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15‑20 minutes.

  3. Whilst the granola is baking, melt the chocolate chips over a water bath.

    When the granola is finished but still hot, pour the melted chocolate over it and mix until coated. Leave it to cool and let the chocolate set. Add dried bananas and coconut shavings.
