Doesn't that sound better? Plus, if you want to make this quickie even quicker, feel free to swap out the roasted chicken for the ready‑to‑eat chicken meat. Per 1 portion
- 120 g chicken meat
- 1 pita bread
- 10 g tomato puree
- 5 ml baked peppers chilli sauce
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- olive oil spray
- salt
- pepper
- sweet paprika
- garlic granules
- onion granules
- ground cumin
- cinnamon
- 1 tomato
- 5 g red cabbage
- 5 g onion
- 5 g iceberg lettuce
- lemon juice
Instructions

Marinate the chicken in a mixture of tomato puree, chilli sauce, a spoonful of Greek yoghurt and spices (choose your own preference in the desired amount, see the ingredients list for inspiration).

Heat olive oil in a pan and roast the meat until golden brown.

In the meantime, chop your favourite vegetables and prepare the dressing with the remaining yoghurt, salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic. Do you prefer a different dressing? Feel free to add that.

When the meat is ready, let it stand for a while and fry the pita in the pan. Cut the pita into a pocket and squish the inside to make as much room as possible for the filling.

Cut the chicken into strips, put it in the pita with the vegetables, pour the dressing over, and enjoy!
