- 100 g ready-to-eat chicken breast
- 50 g cheddar
- 1 wholegrain tortilla
- spring onion
- 10 g low sugar ketchup
- 10 ml baked peppers chilli sauce
- 5 ml soy sauce
- smoked paprika
- 5 g wildflower honey

It's super easy - you just mix ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, ground paprika and honey and add torn R2E chicken breasts.

Top the tortilla with shredded cheddar, meat mixture, spring onions and sprinkle with remaining cheese, cover and grill or pan fry on both sides until the tortilla is golden and the cheese is melted.
