- 450 g chicken mince
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 150 g plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- salt
- olive oil spray
- low sugar ketchup
- chive
Instructions

Start by mixing minced chicken, flour, garlic, onion, paprika, salt and pepper. Add one egg and a splash of olive oil and work it into a firm mixture. Then sprinkle over some breadcrumbs.

Press the mixture into the shape of nuggets and coat those in more breadcrumbs. Transfer the nuggets onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spray them with some olive oil.

Bake them at 200 °C for 20 to 25 minutes.
