We popped them in the hot air fryer and saved a lot of fat and calories. But don't worry, if you don't have an air fryer, there's nothing easier than making this yummy treat in the oven. 🔥

Per 2 portions
- 250 g chicken meat
- 100 g plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp full fat mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch sweet paprika
- 1 pinch garlic granules
- 30 g parmesan
- avocado oil
- 50 g plain yoghurt
- 1 pinch salt
- baked peppers chilli sauce
- 200 g red cabbage
- 100 g iceberg lettuce
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ume vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and marinate them in white yoghurt, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic granules, and sweet paprika. -
Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, then coat with grated parmesan cheese.

Place the nuggets in a hot air fryer, spray with oil and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C until brown and crispy on the outside.

Meanwhile, prepare the salad and dip.
Chop the vegetables and mix with olive oil, ume vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
🥣: For the dip, mix the remaining yoghurt, salt and a dash of chilli sauce.
