- 200 g ready-to-eat chicken
- 2 tsp full fat mustard
- 1 pinch garlic granules
- 1 pinch onion granules
- 1 pinch sweet paprika
- 1 egg
- 40 g corn flake crumbs
- 2 burger buns
- 30 g light mayonnaise
- 50 g iceberg lettuce
- 50 g cherry tomatoes

First, prepare the mixture for the chicken burgers. Transfer the canned meat to a bowl and mix together with one egg, spices and breadcrumbs. -
Let it rest for a while to let the breadcrumbs soak up the water.

Then preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Form the meat mixture into balls and roll them in corn crumbs. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, gently press them together and put them in the oven for about 30‑40 minutes.

Slice the burger buns and lightly fry the halves.
