An honest‑to‑goodness cheeseburger ready in minutes, and with only a few quality ingredients? Come on! It's just what you need when you have an unreal craving for "cheesecake", but want to treat your body to a wholesome meal without extra additives or something that doesn't fit 100% into your diet. What's also great is that you can always tweak this version to suit you! 👉🏻 Not a fan of pickles or tomatoes? No problem! Just leave them out or add other ingredients that you think should definitely not be in the burger! 🍔

Pepper the minced meat, add salt and a little soy sauce. Mix well and make a pancake.

Throw it on the hot pan (we sprayed it with a little avocado oil beforehand).

When the meat is done, remove it from the pan and place a slice of cheddar on top. Then lightly toast the burger bun in the pan.

When the bun is nice and crispy, brush one side with ketchup and the other with mustard, add the finished meat, chopped onion, cucumber and cover.

We made an easy light salad to go with it to make it as balanced a meal as possible. Homemade fries would be great, too.
