If you don't want to grill, but don't feel like firing up the grill or it's past the season, there's nothing easier than spreading the meat on a tortilla, grilling it and seasoning it according to what you're in the mood for.

- 300 g chicken mince
- 1/2 tsp onion granules
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- salt
- pepper
- 30 g wildflower honey
- 1,5 tsp chilli sauce
- pinch chilli flakes
- 6 tbsp non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp onion granules
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dill
- 2 tsp chives
- salt
- pepper
- 5 tbsp water
- 3 whole wheat tortillas
- iceberg lettuce
- tomato
- red onion
- 6 slices cheddar
- olive oil spray
Instructions

Start by preparing the meat. Mix the meat in a bowl with spices - dried garlic, dried onion, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. -
For the dip, mix Greek yogurt with spices, herbs, lemon juice and a little water.

Next, prepare the honey dressing by mixing the honey together with the chilli sauce from the roasted peppers and some chilli flakes.

Divide the meat into 3 parts. Shape each part into a ball and press it into a tortilla.

Heat a pan with a little olive oil. Place the tortilla in the pan, meat side down, and fry for approximately 5 minutes. Then turn the tortilla over, brush the meat with the honey dressing and place 2 slices of cheddar on top.

Remove the tortilla from the pan, add the iceberg lettuce, tomato slices and red onion slices on top of the meat.

Pour the dip and honey dressing over everything. Fold the tortilla and serve.
