- 250 g Vilgain Fusilli pasta
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 white bell pepper
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 30 g green olives
- 60 g Feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dill
- lemon zest
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- pepper
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- pinch salt
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions and then leave to cool.

Take a plate with a flat bottom. Place the cherry tomatoes under the plate, press them firmly and cut them in half with a sharp knife.

Dice the cucumber and peppers and chop the onion finely. Cut the olives into thin slices.

For the dressing, mix olive oil, dill, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, juice of half a lemon, cane sugar, spices and crumbled Feta cheese.

Transfer the cooled pasta to a bowl, add the chopped vegetables and pour over the dressing. Mix everything thoroughly and serve.
