Summer is finally here, and with it the cold main dishes that all of us appreciate in this heat. You'll love this Greek‑style pasta salad, whether you take it with you in a box on a trip, to work, to school or enjoy it in the comfort of your own home. 🥗

For 2 servings
- 250 g Vilgain Fusilli pasta
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 white paprika
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 30 g green olives
- 60 g Balkan cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dill
- lemon zest
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- pepper
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- pinch of salt
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions and then leave to cool. -
We also have a tip for easy slicing of cherry tomatoes! 🍅
Take a plate with a flat bottom. Place the cherry tomatoes under the plate, press them firmly and cut them in half with a sharp knife.

Dice the cucumber and peppers and chop the onion finely. Cut the olives into thin slices.

For the dressing, mix olive oil, dill, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, juice of half a lemon, cane sugar, spices and crumbled Balkan cheese.

Transfer the cooled pasta to a bowl, add the chopped vegetables and pour over the dressing. Mix everything thoroughly and serve.
