  • 300 g ready-to-eat chicken breast
  • 250 g penne pasta
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 pinches garlic granules
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • oregano
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 3 tsp pesto genovese
  • salt
  • water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. First of all, cook your pasta according to the instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, cut the pre‑cooked chicken breasts into small pieces.

  3. Heat a little olive oil over a medium heat, add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for about 2 minutes.

  4. Then season to taste - we chose salt, garlic granules, pepper and oregano. A great choice, if you're asking!

  5. Add the baby spinach and sauté for another 3 minutes.

  6. Add the sliced chicken breasts to the mixture, stir, and season with three teaspoons of our genovese pesto.

  7. Mix with cooked pasta and serve.
