Per 4 portions
- 400 g beef mince
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 g arrabbiata tomato sauce
- 1,5 tsp sea salt
- pepper
- 2 tsp vegetable seasoning mix
- 300 g potatoes
- 20 g butter
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 70 ml milk
- 70 g 30% edam cheese
- sea salt
- 60 g 30% edam cheese
Instructions

First, clean the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil.

Prepare the meat mixture. Fry chopped onion, chopped garlic and carrots in oil and stir for a while.

Add the minced meat and poopekáme. Season with salt and pepper, add canned tomatoes and water if needed. Let simmer for 15‑20 minutes until the liquid evaporates.

In the meantime, prepare the béchamel. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add a large spoonful of flour and fry. Pour in the milk and cook for a few minutes until thickened.

Add grated cheese, salt and stir until melted. Add a little milk as needed to make a nice liquid mixture.

Layer the meat in the bottom of the baking dish, place the potatoes evenly on top, pour the béchamel and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 200 °C for about 30‑40 minutes.
