Instructions

  1. Start by coating the ham and cheese in egg and then panko breadcrumbs.

  2. Spray everything with a little olive oil and put it in an air‑fryer preheated to 200 °C. Bake together for about 10 minutes, turning the cheese around after 5 minutes so that it is nice and crispy on all sides.

  3. Prepare the side dish - baked potatoes with your favourite spices, salad of your choice and a dip of homemade mayo and yoghurt.
