- 4 slices high quality ham
- 1 egg
- 20 g panko breadcrumbs
- 2 ml olive oil spray
- 2 potatoes
- pizza seasoning mix
- salad mix
- cherry tomato
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Greek yoghurt
Instructions

Start by coating the ham and cheese in egg and then panko breadcrumbs.

Spray everything with a little olive oil and put it in an air‑fryer preheated to 200 °C. Bake together for about 10 minutes, turning the cheese around after 5 minutes so that it is nice and crispy on all sides.

Prepare the side dish - baked potatoes with your favourite spices, salad of your choice and a dip of homemade mayo and yoghurt.
