Fancy a stir‑fry but don't want to make one because you're watching your form? No problem! At home, you can prepare a more balanced version without frying, which has a much lower calorie content, but by adding ham to the base we have added more protein to the whole dish. So? Will you try this classic in a fit coat too? 🧀

  • 1 tsp Greek yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Start by coating the ham and cheese in egg and then panko breadcrumbs.

  2. Then spray everything with a little olive oil and put it in a hot oven heated to 200 °C. Bake together for about 10 minutes, turning the cheese after 5 minutes so that it is nice and crispy on all sides.

  3. Prepare a side dish - baked potatoes with fave spices, salad of your choice and a dip of homemade mayo and yogurt.
