Per 4 portions
- 4 potatoes
- 200 ml milk
- 400 g ready-to-eat beef meat
- 100 g carrots
- 60 g of celery
- 1/2 onion
- avocado oil
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp beef bouillon paste
- 500 ml water
- 1 tsp cornflour
- Thyme
- garlic granules
- onion granules
- ground paprika
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Dice the carrots and celery, and fry them with onions using avocado oil.

Add the spices (paprika, thyme, garlic granules, onion granules, and pepper).

When the vegetables are softened, add water, good‑quality bouillon, and ketchup. Leave it to simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the chopped beef, corn starch, and season well with salt.

Cook the potatoes until tender and then mash them. Add some milk and make a mash.

Add the meat mixture to the bottom of a baking dish. Top it with the mash and run a fork through it to create small indentations.

Place it under the oven grill preheated to 200 °C for 10 minutes or so, until the potato mash turns golden and slightly crusty.

Sprinkle over some chopped herbs.
