High‑quality, juicy mince with vegetables, covered in a delicious layer of mashed potatoes. This traditional British dish is one to put on the list, because it's simple, healthy, and delicious! Traditionally, it's made from minced beef, but we used our R2E beef, which makes the preparation simpler and adds a special touch.😍

Instructions

  1. Dice the carrots and celery, and fry them with onions using avocado oil.

  2. Add the spices (paprika, thyme, garlic granules, onion granules, and pepper).

  3. When the vegetables are softened, add water, good‑quality bouillon, and ketchup. Leave it to simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the chopped beef, corn starch, and season well with salt.

  5. Cook the potatoes until tender and then mash them. Add some milk and make a mash.

  6. Add the meat mixture to the bottom of a baking dish. Top it with the mash and run a fork through it to create small indentations.

  7. Place it under the oven grill preheated to 200 °C  for 10 minutes or so, until the potato mash turns golden and slightly crusty.

  8. Sprinkle over some chopped herbs.

  9. Enjoy!
