Soup:
  • 300 g leek
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broths
  • 1 l water
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • marjoram
  • garlic granules

Instructions

  1. Slice the leek into rounds and fry it using ghee and olive oil.

  2. Once it's soft, add a litre of boiling water.
  3. Add cubed potatoes and one tablespoon of vegetable stock. Leave it to simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Take it off the heat. Add the cottage cheese and blend until smooth.
  5. Put the blended soup back on heat. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, garlic granules, and cook for 5 minutes more.
  6. Enjoy!
