- 100 g beef mince
- 1 pinch himalayan salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 50 g iceberg lettuce
- 200 g tomatoes
- 50 g pickle
- 50 g onion
- 20 g cheddar
- 2 tbsp full fat mustard
- 2 tbsp organic ketchup
- soy sauce spray
- 1 tbsp organic ketchup
- 1 tsp full fat mustard
- 1 tsp light mayonnaise
- 1 pinch himalayan salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions

Get all the salad ingredients ready.

Chop the iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and gherkins finely. Finely chop the onion too and grate the cheddar.

Prepare the sauce. Simply mix ketchup, mustard, mayo and a splash of the gherkin pickle juice. Add salt and pepper.

Add the mince to a pan with some salt and pepper. Add smoked paprika, two tablespoons of ketchup, mustard, and spray some soy sauce.

When the meat is done, simply assemble the salad. Start with the lettuce, then the other veggies, grated cheese and the mince. Top with the sauce.
