- 500 g chicken mince
- egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- tbsp soy sauce
- tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp dried ginger
- spring onion
- pinch pepper
- pinch salt
- tsp baked peppers chilli sauce
- 80 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml honey
- tbsp rice vinegar
- tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 100 ml water
- spring onion
- sesame seeds
- 240 g jasmine rice
- 1 broccoli
Instructions

Cook the jasmine rice according to the instructions. -
Cut the broccoli into florets and boil in salted water. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Mix the minced chicken together with panko breadcrumbs, egg, sesame oil, soy sauce, chilli sauce, dried garlic, dried ginger, chopped spring onion, pepper, salt and mix everything thoroughly.

Shape the meat mixture into about 12‑14 balls and place them in a hot air fryer.

Bake the balls in a deep fryer heated to 190 °C for about 20 minutes.

Pour the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil and water into the pan. Add cornstarch, dried garlic and bring to a boil. Cook until thickened.

Transfer the baked meatballs to the pan with the sauce, along with the spring onions and sesame seeds, and coat the meat in the sauce on all sides.

Serve with rice and broccoli, drizzled with remaining sauce.
