Nasi goreng (neboli smažená rýže) je pouliční trhák zemí jihovýchodní Asie. Takovou dálku se za ním ale táhnout nemusíte. Stačí stoupnout ke sporáku a do půl hodinky máte hotový oběd, klidně i na několik dní.

Zvolíte‑li do základu kvalitní hnědou rýži a přidáte další výživné suroviny, na světě je plná pánev nutričně vyváženého jídla plného vlákniny, minerálních látek a pestrých chutí.

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice first.

  2. Finely slice the garlic and the white ends of the spring onion. Finely grate a 1 cm piece of fresh ginger.

  3. Heat oil in a large pan and fry the vegetables for 1‑2 minutes, until fragrant and slightly golden brown.

    Add the cooked rice and fry for a little bit longer.

    Add the pulled turkey, Amino sauce, chilli, salt and pepper.

  4. Serve with fried egg, fresh coriander, sliced spring onion, mung bean sprouts, and other toppings you like.
