Meat:
  • 400 g of chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp amino sauces
  • 1 tbsp wildflower honey
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • lemon juice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 25 g peanuts

Instructions

  1. Fry cleaned and diced chicken thighs in a pan with oil. Add sliced peppers and a small amount of water. Cover and simmer until tender.

  2. Add the amino sauce, lemon juice, honey, seasoning, and peanuts. Let it simmer, and then thicken the sauce with one teaspoon of cornstarch.

  3. Serve with rice and chopped spring onion.
