Per 4 portions
- 500 g chicken breast
- 50 g onion
- 100 g red bell pepper
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch dried ginger
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 280 g jasmine rice
Instructions

Cook 280g of jasmine rice according to the instructions and set it aside. -
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown. Then set aside.

In the same pan, add garlic, grated ginger, onion, bell pepper, broccoli and carrots. Fry for 5‑7 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. If necessary, add a splash of water.

Return the chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and honey. Stir to combine the ingredients. If you want a thickened sauce, whisk the cornstarch with a little water and add to the mixture. Stir thoroughly and let simmer for 1‑2 minutes.

Divide the cooked rice into 4 boxes and add the chicken and veggies. Let it cool down completely and then put the lids on.
