  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 50 g onion
  • 100 g red bell pepper
  • 100 g carrots
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 pinch dried ginger
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  1. Easy Chinese Chicken with RiceCook 280 g of jasmine rice according to the instructions on the package and set it aside.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown. Then set them aside.

  3. In the same pan, add garlic, grated ginger, onion, bell pepper, broccoli and carrots. Fry for 5‑7 minutes until the vegetables are soft. If necessary, cover with a little water.

  4. Return the chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and honey. Stir to combine the ingredients. If you want a thickened sauce, whisk the cornstarch with a little water and add to the mixture. Stir thoroughly and let simmer for 1‑2 minutes.Easy Chinese Chicken with Rice
