Base:
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 250 g ready-to-eat chicken
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 25 ml milk
  • 50 ml cooking cream
  • 30 g prosciutto
  • 30 g cheddar
  • 30 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  1. Chicken Broccoli Cheese BakeCook the broccoli, even a day (or a few hours) in advance.

  2. Whisk together cottage cheese, milk, cream and seasonings. Cut the prosciutto into smaller pieces and fry in a frying pan.
