Per 2 portions
- 400 g broccoli
- 250 g ready-to-eat chicken
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 25 ml milk
- 50 ml cooking cream
- 30 g prosciutto
- 30 g cheddar
- 30 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 10 ml baked peppers chilli sauce
- 1 tsp chives
Instructions

Cook the broccoli, even a day (or a few hours) in advance. -
Whisk together cottage cheese, milk, cream and seasonings. Cut the prosciutto into smaller pieces and fry in a frying pan.

Place the broccoli and the chicken, drained of juices, in a baking dish (an oven‑safe container). Pour in the cream mixture and mix everything together.

Top with prosciutto and grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 190 °C for 30 minutes.
