- 2 tbsp olive oil spray
- 1 onion
- 515 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tsp himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 2 pinches pepper
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 packet canned sweet peas
- 1 broccoli
- 1/2 cup milk
- 200 g cottage cheese light
- 250 g cheddar
- 4 slices of toasted bread

Pour in the broth, add the broccoli, add salt, pepper, paprika and cook until tender.

Add milk and cottage cheese.

Then blend it with an immersion blender. Let it boil for a while and season as needed.

Take it off the heat and stir in the cheddar. Keep some aside to scatter over the top. Garnish with parsley and serve with bread.
