Per 4 portions
- 2 tbsp olive oil spray
- 1 onion
- 515 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tsp himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 2 pinches pepper
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 packet canned sweet peas
- 1 broccoli
- 1/2 cup milk
- 200 g low fat cottage cheese
- 250 g cheddar
- 4 slices sandwich bread
Instructions

Fry the onion in the oil, add the peas and stir. -
Pour in the broth, add the broccoli, add salt, pepper, paprika and cook until tender.

Add milk and cottage cheese.

Then blend it with an immersion blender. Let it boil for a while and season as needed.

Put down from the plate and stir in the cheddar. Keep some aside for the top of the soup. Garnish with parsley and serve with bread.
