Are you looking for a quick, healthy and supremely fresh snack or dinner? Then you need to try this celeriac and carrot spread. We opted for half‑fat curd cheese and sour cream instead of the heavy mayo, which means it also packs in some extra protein. There's the crunchy vegetables, comfortable cheesiness from Edam, and it's all rounded up by a squeeze of lemon and lovage. It works beautifully with fresh sourdough or homemade rolls. It's done in 10 minutes. Are you going to try it? 😉
