- 70 g protein pancake & waffle mix
- 140 g Greek yoghurt
- 12 g peanut butter powder
- 30 g banana
- 30 g blueberries
- 15 g strawberry prebiotic topping

Prepare the pancake mix as directed. We used cocoa flavour with chocolate chips. In a hot frying pan, prepare the pancakes in the classic way. -
Mix Greek yogurt with powdered peanut butter. Place a spoonful of yogurt mixture on each funnel and fold in half. Place the pancakes side by side on a plate.
