Instructions

  1. Put the beaten eggs in a little oil, let them melt in the pan, lightly salt them and cover them with Piadina.

  2. Roast them until they are done, then flip them over and let the other side of the Piadina warm up for a while.

  3. Transfer the finished Piadina with eggs to a plate and cut in 1/4.
