Are you looking for a simple, sweet snack that will give you energy and plenty of healthy fibre too? These raw blueberry balls are the answer! They are full of juicy medjool dates, crunchy almonds and oats, so they can curb your hunger and sweet cravings at the same time. Using freeze‑dried or frozen blueberries adds amazing colour and slightly tangy fresh flavour. You are done in 15 minutes, and all you need is a blender!
