- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 30 g banana protein
- natural stevia drops
- vanilla extract
- 50 g double cream 30%
- natural stevia drops
- 1/2 banana
- 2 whole grain biscuits
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt with banana protein, a small amount of vanilla extract and a few drops of stevia until smooth. If you want more intense banana flavour, you can add some powder from freeze‑dried bananas.

Whip the cream and add some stevia.

Pick a nice cup or glass. Add most of the yoghurt cream to the bottom (leave some for later), add sliced banana, and crush one wholemeal biscuit over it.

Cover it with a layer of whipped cream. Add the rest of the yoghurt cream into the middle and top with more bananas and another crushed biscuit.

You can eat it straight away or leave it to sit in the fridge for 20‑30 minutes, allowing the flavours to combine.
