Do you want to have a chocolate dessert without regrets? Try this fluffy chia mousse with cocoa and yoghurt - it's quick, easy and wonderfully filling. The combination of chia seeds, dark chocolate and Greek yoghurt creates a creamy texture and rich flavour, yet one serving has just 251 kcal and loads of protein. Add a spoonful of yoghurt and grated chocolate on top and you have a healthy treat that tastes sinful - but isn't! 🍫

Base:
  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 150 ml oat drink
  • 12 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla sweetener
Final Touch:
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Chocolate Chia MoussePlace the chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla powder sweetener, chopped chocolate in a bowl, pour the oat drink over the top and stir.

  2. Let stand for a few minutes, stir and put in a blender and blend well.

  3. Layer into jars.

  4. Top with a spoonful of yoghurt, sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve.
