Per 3 portions
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 600 ml milk
- 20 g coconut sugar
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 50 ml pistachio butter
Instructions

Mix the protein powder and half the amount of milk in a shaker. Pour into a saucepan, flavour with vanilla and bring to a boil.

Use the second half of the milk to mix with the custard powder and add it to the saucepan. Flavour with coconut sugar and then add the pistachio cream.

Top with whatever you like. You can use fresh ricotta, roasted pistachios, and coconut syrup, dried edible flowers, crispies and raspberries. Enjoy!
