- 180 g tofu
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 10 g chicory syrup
- 70 g white chocolate
- 5 g matcha powder
- 2 strawberries
- white chocolate covered pistachios
Instructions

Place the tofu, slightly melted white chocolate, protein, chicory syrup and matcha powder in a blender and blend until smooth. -
Divide the cream into 2 bowls and sprinkle with chopped white chocolate covered pistachios. Add chopped strawberry or other fruit and chill in the fridge.
