- 140 g strawberries
- 20 g wildflower honey
- 50 g light curd cheese
- 1 mozzarella
- 30 g strawberry protein
Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients. -
First, blend the strawberries. We used frozen ones, but they can certainly be fresh too.

Then add the mozzarella, honey, protein and mix again.

Slice strawberries into the bottom of the cups and glue the strawberry halves to the side of the cup.

Divide the mousse into glasses and chill for 2‑3 hours or until the next day in the fridge.
