- 40 g oats
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 70 g water
- 140 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 15 g vanilla protein powder
- 150 g apple
- 1 tsp salted caramel prebiotic topping low sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 drizzle water
Instructions

Cut the apple into cubes and mix with a splash of water, maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon in a saucepan. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until the apples are soft, about 5‑10 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour hot water over the oats and stir in a teaspoon of caramel syrup. Each oatmeal will need a different amount of water, so add gradually and check the consistency in the video. Let it sit for a while.

In another bowl, mix the yogurt with the protein.

Now comes the layering:
1st layer - flakes
2nd layer - yoghurt with protein
3rd layer - caramelized apples.
