  • 150 g apple
  • 1 tsp salted caramel prebiotic topping low sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 drizzle water

Instructions

  1. Apple Dessert ShooterCut the apple into cubes and mix with a splash of water, maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon in a saucepan. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until the apples are soft, about 5‑10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, pour hot water over the oats and stir in a teaspoon of caramel syrup. Each oatmeal will need a different amount of water, so add gradually and check the consistency in the video. Let it sit for a while.

  3. In another bowl, mix the yogurt with the protein.

  4. Now comes the layering:

    1st layer - flakes

    2nd layer - yoghurt with protein

    3rd layer - caramelized apples.

  5. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge.
