- 180 g oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 egg
- 10 g chia seeds
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 60 g chocolate protein
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Pour hot water over the oats and leave them to rise for 10‑15 minutes.

Cut 9 slices off the banana and mash the rest.

Add the mashed banana, egg, chia seed, cinnamon and protein to the wet oats and make a batter. Finally, add the blueberries.

Pour the batter into a baking tray lined with baking paper, top with the banana slices and bake for 30‑35 minutes.

Serve with yoghurt, fruit or whatever you fancy.
