Apple strudel is an unmissable part of autumn, and we have a fit version for you, made from yoghurt pastry. It's super easy and delicious!

Per 10 portions
- 500 g plain flour
- 200 g plain yoghurt
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 7 g baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 apples
- 50 g walnuts
- cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a tray with baking paper.

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Melt the butter and leave it to cool slightly. Add the yoghurt and 1 whisked egg. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix until you have soft but no‑sticky dough.

Take it out of the bowl and roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface.

Meanwhile, peel the apples, remove the pits and slice the apples finely. Mix the apple slices with cinnamon and sugar.

Spread the apple slices evenly over the rolled‑out dough. If you want, you can add some chopped nuts. Roll it up and wash it with egg.

Bake it in the preheated oven for 35‑40 minutes, until it thickens and turns golden brown.
