Our Vilgain Granola can be a great help when making the base for different desserts. This quark one is super quick, and anyone can do it! Let's make it together.

Per 3 portions
- 120 g ricotta
- 250 g semi-fat quark
- 30 g erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 120 g granola
- 50 g strawberries
- 40 g blueberries
- 15 g coconut chips
Instructions

Add ricotta, quark, erythritol, ground vanilla powder, and lemon juice to a blender and mix until smooth.

Divide the mixture in half. Add cocoa powder to one half and blend again.

Slice the fresh strawberries thinly. Halve the Canadian blueberries. Add the fruit to a glass jar and press it against the sides. Add Vilgain Salted Caramel Granola to the bottom and then add a layer of the cocoa cream and no cocoa cream. Repeat until the jar is about 2/3 full.

Top with more fresh fruit, coconut chips and a little bit of Granola. Enjoy!
