For the side dish , boil the potatoes with skin, let them cool halfway and then peel them. Then mix with ghee, milk, salt and blend until smooth.
-
How to make homemade tartar sauce? Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise, chopped cucumbers, a little of their liquor, dijon, lemon juice, chopped parsley, dried onion and salt and pepper to taste.
PS: dill goes great with fish and you can add it to the sauce too! 🌿
-
Serve the fish fingers with mashed potatoes, tartar sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the chopped parsley.
So enjoy!
