Even vegans or lactose‑intolerant guests...And that's why we are bringing you those refreshing coconut popsicles, which are super easy to make (simply mix it all, pour it into a mould and freeze it) and give you an energy kick. Instructions

  1. It's super easy – add the coconut milk, coconut cream, whipping cream (regular or plant‑based), buckwheat honey, coconut chips and desiccated coconut to a blender.

  2. Mix thoroughly until you have a smooth cream. Prepare the moulds.

  3. Put some decorative toppings to the bottoms of the moulds. You can use coconut chips with maple syrup flavour and then pour over the coconut mixture. Leave it to freeze overnight.

  4. And you have a refreshing snack ready the next day. Enjoy!
