These homemade popsicles taste like Magnum but with a surprise "caramel" inside - a juicy Medjool date. You can enjoy it guilt‑free on a hot summer day and with extra protein, too.

- 250 g curd cheese
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 50 ml milk
- vanilla extract
- medjool dates
- 100 g dark chocolate drops
- 10 g white chocolate chips
- 15 g peanuts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions

Cut the dates open, take out the stone and then fold them in half.

Blend the curd cheese, protein, and vanilla. Gradually add in the milk. It should have a thick and creamy consistency.

Stick the dates on the popsicle stick. Place them into the mould, then pour in the cream. Freeze for 5‑6 hours.

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Add in chopped peanuts. Coat the frozen popsicles in the chocolate and then drizzle with white chocolate.
