Dough:
  • 250 g light curd cheese
  • 340 g bread flour
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g vanilla powdered sweetener

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dough ingredients and make a pliable dough. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes.

  2. Divide the dough into two halves. Roll them into a 2 mm thickness and cut into rounds. Fill them with the filling. Cook the pierogi in salted water for 8 minutes. After cooking, add the pierogi to a bowl with ghee and mix lightly, so they don't stick together.

  3. Prepare the hot raspberries by simply cooking the frozen raspberries for a little while and adding sweetener. Enjoy!
