- 100 g cream cheese light
- 100 g sushi rice
- 1/2 avocado
- sesame seeds
- black sesame seeds
- lupine amino sauce
- soy sauce spray
- sweet chilli sauce
- wasabi paste

The main role this time, apart from the ingredients, is played by the egg plate. Line it with foil and start layering the ingredients.

Start with a slice of smoked salmon, avocado, a spoonful of cream cheese, and cooked rice. Once you've filled all the egg wells, spray the rice with soy sauce spray.
