  • 100 g light cream cheese
  • 100 g sushi rice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • sesame seeds
  • black sesame seeds
  • lupine amino sauce
  • soy sauce spray
  • sweet chilli sauce
  • wasabi paste

Instructions

  1. Egg Carton Sushi BitesThe main role this time, apart from the ingredients, is played by the egg tray. Line it with foil and start layering the ingredients.

  2. Start with a slice of smoked salmon, avocado, a spoonful of cream cheese, and cooked rice. Once you've filled all the egg wells, spray the rice with soy sauce spray.

  3. Finally, cover everything with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for a while.

  4. Tip the sushi pieces, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with lupin amino sauce and wasabi or sweet chilli sauce to taste.
