Tender pork meat, sauerkraut and delicate sauce...We've upgraded all of that with a secret ingredient – umami mushroom seasoning, which enhances the goulash flavour profile. Per 5 portions
- 700 g of pork meat
- 450 g sauerkraut
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp umami mushroom seasoning
- pepper
- ground cumin
- himalayan salt
- 250 ml double cream 30%
Instructions

Fry the onion in oil or use pork fat.

Add diced pork leg and fry.

Add salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Mix well. Add the sauerkraut.

Mix thoroughly and add water. Once it starts to cook, lower the heat to medium and simmer, covered, for about an hour.

In a mug or shaker, mix a splash of cold water with flour and add it to the mix. Cook for a bit.

Add the cream and cook for a little bit longer. Season according to taste. Serve with homemade dumplings or your favourite side.
