Peanut Butter Chilli Noodles

Peanut butter, chili sauce, noodles and chicken? That sounds great! I mean... not only does it sound great, it tastes even better!

This quickie is packed with protein and pretty variable too - if you don't eat chicken, throw in another favourite meat, if you're a vegetarian, tofu will do the trick. The flexibility is exactly what we like about this recipe, apart from the taste of course. So come and see how to do it.

Instructions

  1. Peanut Butter Chilli NoodlesFry the salted and seasoned chicken breast in a little oil until golden brown on all sides and then bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 5 minutes. Thanks to this, the meat will be nice and juicy.

  2. Remove the chicken from the pan and add a teaspoon of chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of honey and lupine amino sauce (or soy sauce) and, if necessary, a little water to make a thicker sauce.Peanut Butter Chilli Noodles

  3. Cook the noodles according to the instructions, add to the pan and mix well.

  4. Finally, place the chopped chicken on the noodles, sprinkle with sesame and chopped parsley and drizzle with lemon. Enjoy!Peanut Butter Chilli Noodles
