  • 100 g tofu
  • 50 g nori seaweed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 l water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • coriander
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Chop the tofu, garlic, and onion finely. Slice the carrot into discs.

  2. Heat olive and sesame oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic, onion, carrot and fry. Add water, tear in the seaweed, add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Leave it to simmer for 15 minutes on a medium heat.

  3. Add the diced tofu and cook for 5 more minutes. Then add the miso paste, stirring well.

  4. Cook for 5 more minutes until the miso paste dissolves completely.

  5. Serve the miso soup with coriander and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
