Per 2 portions
- 100 g tofu
- 50 g nori seaweed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1/2 spoon salt
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 l water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- coriander
- sesame seeds
Instructions

Chop the tofu, garlic, and onion finely. Slice the carrot into discs.

Heat olive and sesame oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic, onion, carrot and fry. Add water, tear in the seaweed, add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Leave it to simmer for 15 minutes on a medium heat.

Add the diced tofu and cook for 5 more minutes. Then add the miso paste, stirring well.

Cook for 5 more minutes until the miso paste dissolves completely.

Serve the miso soup with coriander and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
