Let's make the best crunchy granola together, which will save you every morning! It's full of healthy fats from cashew butter and pistachios, sweetened with maple syrup only, and we've added some protein crunchies for an extra dose of protein. The white chocolate and freeze‑dried raspberries added at the end make it perfect. The best part is that the big jar will last you for a whole week of healthy breakfasts when accompanied by yoghurt. Let's do it!🥣

Per 5 portions
- 200 g gluten-free jumbo oat flakes
- 50 g pistachios
- 50 g protein crispies
- 39,7 g sušených třešní
- 50 g čokopeciček z bílé čokoláda
- pinch salt
- 70 g cashew butter
- 60 g maple syrup
- 5 ml ghee butter spray
- 30 g freeze-dried raspberries
Instructions
-
In a large bowl, mix oats, protein crispies, pistachios, your favourite dried fruits (we used cherries) and half of the white chocolate chips (we'll add the other half after the baking). Add a pinch of salt for a better taste.
-
Add cashew butter, maple syrup and ghee spray to the dry ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly so all the oats are coated in oil and the syrup.
-
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with a baking paper and spread it evenly (don't spread it too thin, you want larger chunks to form whilst baking).
-
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 20 minutes. Watch it carefully, as you want it golden but not burnt! You can carefully and lightly move it around halfway through the baking time.
-
Take the tray out of the oven and leave it to cool. When it's cooling, the sugars and butter will solidify and form chunks.
-
Once completely cool, break it up into desired chunks, using your hands. To finalise, add the second half of the white chocolate chunks and freeze‑dried raspberries. Store in an air‑tight jar.
-
Enjoy!
