- 70 g protein pancake & waffle mix
- 70 g water
- 20 g pistachio butter
- 20 g curd cheese
- 20 g protein crispies
- 20 g dark chocolate
- 30 ml milk
- pistachio
- raspberries
- salt
- ghee butter spray
Instructions

Mix the pancake mix with water and let it sit for a minute. Then fry them in a little ghee on both sides until golden brown. -
Make the filling by mixing pistachio cream, cottage cheese and protein crispies. Fill the pancakes with this.

Heat up your chocolate and mix it with the milk. Pour the glaze over the filled pancakes.

For a stronger taste, sprinkle the fritters lightly with a very small amount of salt, add raspberries and chopped pistachios.
