Per 1 portion
- 500 g potatoes
- salt
- rosemary
- garlic granules
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 ml ghee butter spray
- 10 g parmesan
- parsley leaves
Instructions
-
Peel the potatoes, cut them and throw them in cold water with ice for a while. This removes the excess starch and makes the fries crispier. Dry them, season them with salt and add a little cornstarch, which will form a crust on the fries, making them even crispier.
-
Put the fries in an air fryer or on an oven baking tray, spray with olive oil or ghee and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes (the cooking time depends on how thick you cut the fries and the power of your fryer/oven, so watch the fries regularly so they don't burn).
-
When they are golden, remove them from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season to your liking. Add fresh herbs, your favourite sauce and enjoy!
