Fries that are ready in minutes, without frying, made from real potatoes? We've got the recipe, and they're not semi‑finished products! They're also much crispier thanks to the hack we'll show you in the recipe, great as a side dish with meat or with a veggie alternative, and they'll be great for a light snack with some tasty sauce, too! 🚀

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them and throw them in cold water with ice for a while. This removes the excess starch and makes the fries crispier. Dry them, season them with salt and add a little cornstarch, which will form a crust on the fries, making them even crispier.

  2. Put the fries in an air fryer or on an oven baking tray, spray with olive oil or ghee and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes (the cooking time depends on how thick you cut the fries and the power of your fryer/oven, so watch the fries regularly so they don't burn).

  3. When they are golden, remove them from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season to your liking. Add fresh herbs, your favourite sauce and enjoy!Crispy Oven Baked French Fries
