Fries that are ready in minutes, without frying, made from real potatoes? We can, and they're not frozen semi‑finished products! They're also much crispier thanks to the hack we'll show you in the recipe, great as a side dish with meat or other veggie alternative, and they'll be great for a light snack with some flavorful sauce too! 🚀

Per 1 portion
- 500 g potatoes
- salt
- rosemary
- garlic granules
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 2 ml ghee butter spray
- 10 g parmesan
- parsley leaves
Instructions
-
Peel the potatoes, cut them and throw them in cold water with ice for a while. This will get rid of excess starch and make the fries crispier. Then dry them, salt them and add a little cornstarch, which in turn will now form a crust on the fries, making them even crispier.
-
Put the fries in a hot oven or on a baking tray, spray with olive oil or ghee spray and bake at 200 °C for about 15 minutes (here a lot depends on the thickness of the sliced potatoes and the power of your fryer/oven, so watch the fries regularly so they don't burn).
-
When they are golden, take them out of the oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, season to your liking, add fresh herbs, your favorite sauce and enjoy!
