- 100 g beef mince
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- onion granules
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- himalayan salt
- pepper
- 1 slice bacon
- 1 onion
- 60 g Brie cheese
- chive
- ghee butter spray
Instructions

First, prepare the onion by slicing it into thin strips. -
Fry it in a little ghee until it caramelizes and stir now and then.

Also fry a slice of bacon and cut into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the minced paprika, granulated onion and salt. Form into a ball.

Place the meat on the tortilla and press it to the edges. In a pan with a little oil, place the tortilla meat side down and bake for about 4 minutes.

Then flip the tortilla, place the cheese slices, cover with a lid and lower the heat.

You can put a little water under the tortilla to steam the cheese, or just let the water run into the pan from the lid when the steam is done.

The tortilla can be placed on a paper towel to drain excess fat. Top the tortilla with sautéed onions, crispy bacon and sprinkle with chives.
