Think you don't like cottage cheese? This viral flatbread will change your mind. We filled it with pesto, arugula, mozzarella, prosciutto and tomato, but feel free to get creative with your favourite flavours.

Per 1 portion
- 180 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp vegetable seasoning mix
- 2 ml olive oil spray
- 10 g Vilgain plant protein pesta basilico
- 15 g rocket
- 30 g prosciutto
- 50 g mozzarella light
- 50 g tomatoes
Instructions

Spray oil on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix the cottage cheese, egg and spices. Spread the blended mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for about half an hour. -
In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the filling. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.

Remove the baked flatbread from the oven and remove from the baking sheet. Brush half with pesto, add arugula, prosciutto, mozzarella and tomatoes and top with the other half.
And done, we can serve!
