Think you don't like cottage cheese? Try this viral flatbread and you'll love it. We filled it with pesto, arugula, mozzarella, prosciutto and tomato, but you can use anything you like to fill it.

Instructions

  1. Cottage Cheese Flatbread à la CapreseSpray a baking tray lined with baking paper with oil. Mix the cottage cheese, egg and spices. Spread the blended mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 180 °C for about half an hour.

  2. In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the filling. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.

  3. Remove the baked flatbread from the oven and remove from the baking sheet. Brush half with pesto, add arugula, prosciutto, mozzarella and tomatoes and top with the other half.
