  1. Cottage Cheese Alfredo PastaMix the cottage with parmesan cheese, garlic, fresh or frozen herbs (your choice, basil and parsley are great, or a little snifter for a spicier taste) and pepper.

  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the cooked pasta and mix with ghee butter.

  3. Mix the pasta with the sauce and let it cook for a while.
