- 300 g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp herbs
- pepper
- 250 g tagliatelle
- tsp ghee
- basil
Instructions

Mix the cottage with parmesan cheese, garlic, fresh or frozen herbs (your choice, basil and parsley are great, or a little chives for a spicier taste) and pepper. -
Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Drain it and mix with ghee butter.
