- 120 g fusilli pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g chicken breast
- 250 g tomato puree
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 30 g 30% edam cheese
- 60 g mozzarella light
- 1 pinch fresh herbs
- 1 pinch pizza seasoning mix
Instructions

Cook the pasta to taste. When drained, keep aside 2 tablespoons of pasta water to add to the sauce.

Heat the oil on medium heat and put the sliced chicken and the crushed garlic on it. Fry for about 5‑6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is nicely browned and lightly browned.

Then add the Italian pizza seasoning, salt and pepper, mix and pour in the tomato puree. Stir again and let it simmer for a while.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce with the meat, a little of the water in which it was cooked and mix everything thoroughly.

Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and add the mozzarella slices, cover with a lid and leave for about 1‑2 minutes until the cheese melts.
