Per 2 portions
- 120 g fusilli pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g chicken breast
- 250 g tomato puree
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 30 g 30% edam cheese
- 60 g mozzarella light
- 1 pinch fresh herbs
- 1 pinch pizza seasoning mix
Instructions

Cook the pasta until al dente. When drained, keep aside 2 tablespoons of pasta water to add to the sauce later.

Heat the oil on medium heat and add the sliced chicken and the crushed garlic. Fry for about 5‑6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is lightly browned.

Add the Italian pizza seasoning, salt and pepper, mix and pour in the tomato puree. Stir again and let it simmer for a while.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, add a splash of the reserved pasta water, and mix everything thoroughly.

Finally, sprinkle over some grated cheese, add the mozzarella slices, cover with a lid, and leave for about 1‑2 minutes until the cheese melts.
