Couscous salad is a quick recipe that will make enough for several days ahead. You can take it with you to work, school or on a trip. It's ready in a couple of minutes, but looks impressive. Try it with us!

Per 4 portions
- 200 g couscous
- 300 g frozen peas
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 115 g Feta cheese
- 20 g pecans
- parsley leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt
- Kampot pepper
- dried basil
- garlic granules
Instructions

Cook the couscous in hot water according to your taste. Drain it and rinse it with cold water.

Cook the peas for about 5 minutes, then cool them immediately in cold water.

Mix the couscous with the peas, diced yellow pepper, chopped parsley, finely chopped onion and chopped pecan nuts. Crumble over the Greek‑style cheese.

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients and pour over the salad. Mix thoroughly.

Serve the salad cold.
